Thank you for having PS 354Q - The Jermaine L. Green STEM Institute of Queens as an option for your child’s education! As part of New York City Public Schools’ (NYCPS) registration process, every family is REQUIRED to bring the following documents with you to registration:

Birth Certificate/Passport
Up-to-date Immunization report
2 proofs of home address

If your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), please bring the most recent and up to date IEP with you for accurate placement.

Registration is everyday from 8:30 am to 1 pm.

Please note that we are registering Kindergarten to Grade 5 at this time for the upcoming school year. 3K and PreK is not open for registration.
